Corelation, Inc. Recognized as a San Diego Top Workplace 2020; CEO Theresa Benavidez Earns Top Leadership Award
SAN DIEGO – November 22, 2020: For the second consecutive year, Corelation, Inc. has been designated as a Top Workplace by The San Diego Union-Tribune. Out of 2,176 participating employers, just 70 companies earned distinction as a 2020 Top Workplace, with Corelation ranking in the Top Mid-Size Companies (150-499 employees) category.
The Top Workplaces are selected based exclusively on anonymous employee feedback through a survey administered by The San Diego Union-Tribune’s third-party research partner Energage, LLC. The 2020 survey garnered a 91% completion rate from Corelation’s employees, and responses measured a number of workplace culture aspects including alignment, engagement, leadership, and performance.
As a result of the survey, Corelation’s President & CEO Theresa Benavidez was also honored as the winner of the Top Workplaces Leadership Award – taking the top honors for leadership in a mid-sized company in San Diego County.
