BFG Federal Credit Union Announces Promotions Within Executive Leadership Team

Akron, Ohio – BFG Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce two promotions within their executive leadership team: Cheryl Foster to President/CEO and Sarah Likovetz to Executive Vice President.

Ms. Foster, who previously served as Executive Vice President under the recently retired CEO, has been a part of the organization for more than 40 years. Throughout her career at BFG Federal Credit Union, she has played key roles in the expansion of services and strategic growth initiatives including doubling membership and increasing assets to over $155 million. She served on the Board of Directors of the Summit County Chapter of Credit Unions and is a long-time member of the Credit Union Executives Society.

Mrs. Likovetz, another long-term employee of BFG Federal Credit Union with more than 27 years of industry experience, was a compliance officer managing regulatory risk and internal policies prior to her promotion to Executive Vice President. Mrs. Likovetz is a CPA and a graduate of Kent State University. She lives in Hudson with her family.
