Making Community Service Part of the Job
Every credit union leader knows the phrase "people helping people." Service is at the heart of the credit union mission, and that extends beyond the products and services we provide to our members. It also shapes how we invest in our employees and the communities we serve.At Ascend Federal Credit Union, community involvement is one of the ways that philosophy comes to life. We saw this firsthand during our inaugural All-In Day in February.
