Tinker Federal Credit Union Names New Senior Vice President of Accounting
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (March 23, 2026) – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Daniel Williams senior vice president of accounting. In his new role, Williams leads TFCU’s accounting and finance functions and helps ensure the credit union has timely, accurate financial information to support decisions.
At TFCU, Williams oversees financial reporting, accounting operations and related projects that support the credit union’s overall growth. Joseph Jackson, executive vice president and chief financial officer at TFCU, said Williams’ leadership and focus on using financial tools to serve members will benefit both employees and members.
“Daniel has brought a high level of professionalism, industry best-practices and exemplary leadership to TFCU’s accounting department,” Jackson said. “He is passionate about leveraging financial tools to provide added value to TFCU members and empowering his team to fulfill their potential.”
Williams began his career in public accounting after obtaining a public accountancy certification in 2005. Since then, he has held accounting and finance roles with companies ranging from private boutique firms to large publicly traded organizations. His experience includes financial statement preparation and reporting, budget work, managing investment portfolios, regulatory compliance, merger and acquisition activity and software implementation.
Williams said he works hard to strengthen partnerships with departments across the credit union and serve as a trusted resource on accounting and finance topics. He plans to continue using technology effectively, supporting his team’s financial knowledge and managing the investment portfolio according to TFCU’s growth plans.
“I want our team to be seen as a trusted advisor for our business partners across the credit union,” said Williams. “By using technology well, strengthening our team’s financial expertise and managing the investment portfolio carefully, we can support TFCU’s growth and help equip leaders with the information they need to make the best decisions for our members.”
