Since joining BrightStar in 2022, Ms. Handal has served as
a key extension of the executive management team, supporting the organization’s
CEO, board of directors and committees, developing and maintaining governance
documentation, safeguarding confidential communications, and overseeing

professional, she is known for her ability to manage complex, multilayered
