Municipal Credit Union Names Stuart Salembier Senior Vice President

The recognition, MCU’s first Senior Vice President under MCU’s new leadership, reflects Salembier’s contributions to the Credit Union and his relentless focus on member service

New York, NY, (September 4, 2025) – Municipal Credit Union (MCU), the New York Metro area’s largest credit union, announced that Stuart Salembier has been promoted from Vice President, Member Experience, to Senior Vice President, Member Engagement and Channel Delivery. 

“As a credit union, our mission is to help hard-working New Yorkers build better tomorrows," said Kyle Markland, Chief Executive Officer of MCU. “Under Stuart’s leadership, our Retail channels have improved quarter over quarter, providing our members with better, faster, and smarter service. This promotion reflects the dedication Stuart has shown to our membership and our employees, and we are proud to have him as MCU’s first Senior Vice President.”

Having joined MCU in 2020 as Director, Retail, Salembier’s title was later expanded to Vice President, Member Experience, reflecting broadened responsibilities due to improvements under his leadership in member service and KPIs across the board.
