Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union Announces Staff Promotions

LOWELL, MA (August 22, 2024) – Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotions of Brandy Siegler to Assistant Vice President–Facilities and Melissa Surun to Systems Application Officer.

Brandy Siegler joined the Credit Union in 2002 as a Teller and has worked her way through several areas of the organization before being promoted to Facilities Officer in 2022. During her more than twenty years of service, she has played an important role in the physical expansion of the Credit Union, most recently in the construction of the Credit Union’s new office building, Acre Crossing. 

Siegler has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Middlesex Community College. She is an active volunteer with both Mill City Grows and Catie’s Closet. Brandy resides in Dracut with her husband and twin boys.

Melissa Surun has been with the Credit Union since 2004, spending the last eight years as part of the Technology department. Surun’s work ensures the seamless operation of our systems, successful updates, and the availability of accurate data for reporting. She played a pivotal role in the Credit Union’s core conversion in 2021.

Surun has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Middlesex Community College. She enjoys volunteering with the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and the Wish Project and resides in Nashua, NH.
