During the span of Cliff’s twenty years of service to the credit union movement, he has held nearly every role within retail operations, rising from teller to executive. This first-hand knowledge coupled with his educational background in psychology and business provides a unique leadership acumen that reflects a genuine commitment to the well-being of the people and organizations he serves. Throughout his career, Cliff has worked in credit unions ranging in asset size from $300 million to $2 billion and with fields of membership in major metropolitan areas including Orlando, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee. He also served six years in the Florida Army National Guard where he gained invaluable experience while fulfilling his duties and responsibilities in a logistics capacity for a battle tested infantry battalion.
