The Virtual Financial Center acts as a broad technological platform that enables the credit union to expand their services to cover the newly added counties in their footprint. 

The Virtual Financial Center team is able to provide nearly the same service experience members receive and expect when visiting an office in person. Members can conveniently access and utilize the credit union’s Virtual Financial Center, making banking with AmeriCU available from anywhere, across town, the state, or around the world. AmeriCU belongs to a network of other credit unions, so members have access to over 30,000 nationwide surcharge-free ATMs and over 5,000 shared branch locations.

The app allows members to seek pre-approval in minutes, easily upload documents, and have all their questions answered from the initial application to the final stages of closing.
