TCU Welcomes Dave Abrams to Indirect Lending Team

South Bend, IN – Teachers Credit Union (TCU) announces the addition of Dave Abrams as Vice President of Indirect Lending for Marine and Recreational Vehicles, a new role for the credit union. Abrams joins TCU with more than 25 years of diverse lending experience, previously as Regional Vice President and Sales Representative at a large regional bank and before that as Vice President and Indirect Lending Manager.

“I am pleased to welcome Dave Abrams to our indirect lending team,” said Chad Douglass, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at TCU. “Dave is an exceptional leader and is just the right person to diversify and expand our indirect lending program into the marine and recreational vehicle segments. We look forward to utilizing his experience to grow our business.”

Dave is an 11-year veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He received a B.S. in Finance from Ball State University. Dave has been active in the community and is currently the treasurer of Elks Lodge #484 in New Castle.
