But is it enough to just have a piece of online real estate? To post a website and forget about it for a year or more hoping it serves a purpose beyond simply being there? Or, should you expect more from your website in a world where social media conversations dominate the online space and your audience is accustomed to higher levels of engagement? In fact, what can you expect your web presence to accomplish?

And what about social media? Is your Facebook page simply a placeholder that you’ll get to someday or do you expect it to actually produce results? Can you use social media to set and achieve specific goals?
